Working closely with Digital& Data leaders, engineers and business stakeholders, you'll help turn complex data into actionable information that improves performance and enables better decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building semantic models and analytics-ready datasets within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Analysing business performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements and meaningful metrics.
  • Supporting data quality, governance and the adoption of self-service analytics across the business.
  • Building new data pipelines that feed into our medallion architecture common data environment

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with a genuine curiosity about solving business problems through data.

You will bring:

  • Experience in analytics, business intelligence or a related data-focused role.
  • Strong Power BI development and data visualisation skills.
  • Advanced SQL capability and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or a similar modern analytics platform.
  • Knowledge of semantic modelling, data modelling principles and reporting architectures.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
  • The ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • A growth mindset, attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
