Lead the day-to-day operation of the factory to safely and efficiently meet project supply requirements. The role is accountable for production planning, capacity, manufacturing, dispatch, quality, plant and equipment, workforce leadership and continuous improvement, while working closely with project, drafting, procurement, commercial and site teams.
