Execute leadership development plans aligned with Built’s strategic priorities and employee value proposition.

Develop leadership and talent acceleration programs using evidence‑based learning practices and blended methods.

Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and executives to identify leadership capability gaps and future needs.

Curate blended learning experiences incorporating digital tools, experiential learning and coaching.

Engage meaningfully with frontline leaders — including time spent on project sites — to embed leadership capability in practical, targeted ways.

Help build leadership capability to navigate the unique challenges and nuances of the construction industry

Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role:
- Proven understanding of contemporary learning theory/best practices with a focus on adult learning principles, generational learning trends, change management and cultural change.

Extensive leadership development experience and facilitation in a mid-large privately owned business

Curious about the business and willing to learn the complexities of the construction industry.

Someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Someone who embraces change and is excited about leveraging emerging tools, including AI, to enhance leadership capability.
- Accreditation in behavioural diagnostic tools, e.g. LSI/DISC an advantage

Ability to travel interstate monthly.
