About the Role
Based in our Brisbane office, this role is ideal for a motivated administrator or early-career professional looking to build a career in financial services. You will support Advisers and the broader team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, helping deliver a high standard of service to our Wealth Management clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to your team of Advisers
Assist with preparing client documentation and investment proposals
Support client onboarding, including preparing forms and coordinating requirements
Respond to client queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
Assist with settlements and follow up on outstanding items
Support ongoing client compliance and reporting requirements
Provide overflow support and contribute to a collaborative team environment
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience in an administrative, client support, or customer-facing role, along with strong attention to detail. You will bring a professional, approachable and client-focused mindset, with sound judgement, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
We are also looking for candidates with:
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
A proactive approach and willingness to learn, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
A relevant degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline (highly regarded)
RG146 accreditation, or a willingness to obtain
