About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Accolade Portfolio Administrator. Accolade is our in-house, comprehensive portfolio administration service. We currently service over >3,700 client accounts with approximately $4b funds under management.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless onboarding of our esteemed clients' portfolios, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate all aspects of account opening for new Accolade Accounts.
- Prepare essential documentation for third-party services, including International Trading and AMM.
- Provide exceptional support to Accolade clients by addressing their account queries and offering general administration assistance.
- Handle general investment portfolio administration and account investigation.
- Process Off Market Transfers, arrange Power of Attorney signings, and oversee cash and stock movements via Finclear’s APP's for CGT reporting.
- Organise Managed Fund Applications and Redemptions while ensuring accurate IPS updates for CGT processing.
- Assist in preparing Quarterly and Annual Tax Reports for clients as needed.
- Reconcile Corporate Actions and extend support when required.
- Process Account closures
About you:
To be considered for this role you will need to have a basic understanding of tax matters in relation to share trading, with sound knowledge of the share market and share trading process.
Ideally, the successful candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience, with prior knowledge of functions and departments associated within a broking firm.
