This position is within our ACIL (Auto, Corporate, Industry & Leisure) team. The team focuses on high availability product for Dealership customers to buy and sell their inventory. It plays a vital role in allowing them to maximise their online customer interaction and sale funnels.

Job Description
What you’ll be doing
As the Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a passionate engineering squad focused on building products that delivery quality solutions to our customers. Working closely with skilled colleagues in Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Apply AI-first engineering practices to deliver great products
- Build smart, data-driven SaaS capabilities that help Dealers make better decisions - from inventory acquisition to optimisation, to lead management and conversion
- Design and evolve systems that are modular, well-instrumented and scalable, ensuring our solutions are resilient and aligned to real commercial outcomes
- Be involved in all aspects of software engineering practices including breaking down work, code review, testing, source control, build processes.
- Understand and share expertise in coaching a team of engineers, ensuring standards and best practices are maintained
- Own what you build, from idea to impact, and being accountable for how it performs in the real world
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Senior full‑stack engineering experience, with strong frontend (preferably Angular) and backend (.NET focused) experience, with exposure to Cloud (AWS or Azure)
- Deep experience building scalable, distributed systems, ideally event-driven, with a strong understanding of how systems behave in production
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-native development
- Solid data fundamentals, comfortable working with relational and NoSQL data stores, and able to design for performance, scale and efficient querying
- Applies sound engineering principles (e.g. modularisation, abstraction, separation of concerns) to build systems that are maintainable and evolvable over time
- A mindset for clean, high-quality code, with a focus on continuous improvement and scalable design
- Effective at collaborating across Product, Design and Data to deliver meaningful outcomes
