About the role

Salary range: $100,894 - $114,476 plus super

The Learning and Development Coordinator supports the delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs that build workforce capability and support organisational objectives.

In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of training programs, including scheduling, enrolments, logistics, communications and record management. You will work closely with internal facilitators, subject matter experts and external providers to ensure learning activities are delivered effectively and supported by accurate reporting and administration through the Learning Management Platform System.

You will

  • coordinate training delivery and program administration
  • maintain learning records and training calendars
  • support mandatory and compliance training tracking
  • respond to training enquiries and promote learning opportunities
  • prepare reports, resources and process documentation
  • support evaluation and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, or a related discipline will be highly regarded. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is also desirable.

  • experience using Learning Management Systems and reporting tools
  • strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively.
