We bring together the best technology and the best people to keep the Victorian Government operating, connected and working for the community 24/7. We play a key role in setting the government’s direction for major corporate systems and cyber-security, and for a government-wide IT capability uplift.
Our commitment to a high-performing digital government workforce comes through the provision of technology to help inspire, innovate and create solutions. However, we know that uniting the best technology and the brightest talent is the key to our success and we recruit engaged, customer-focused high-performers to work for us.
Our values of Respect, Courage, Accountability, Collaboration, and Initiative are woven through our organisational fabric. We have a great culture that supports career development and work-life balance, a talented group of people and a strong leadership team that embraces workplace flexibility, diversity and inclusion.
Cultural diversity is in our organisational DNA. Victoria is a true multicultural state and we are proud to say that our employees come from a wide range of cultures and speak many different languages. We believe that this diversity and the unique mix of skills and talent helps gives us our edge and deliver outstanding results and solutions for our customers.
Our industry’s average workforce of 20% women drops even further for senior roles. But we are proud to say that we are kicking goals with our Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team and General Managers, of whom 50% are women. At Cenitex, we are tracking a bit higher at 21% but we know we can do much better. This is why we have the Women in Cenitex Forum. The Forum is committed to building the diversity of our organisation through affirmative action programs and opportunities that support the career growth of our female staff and giving them a voice. Initiatives include networking and professional development events, activities that raise the awareness of the importance of gender equality in the workforce, flexible working arrangements and support networks across the organisation so women can share, learn from, and encourage each other. Women in Cenitex Forum

We encourage you to complete your web resume in order to join our talent community and be part of our exciting journey as part of our commitment to building a gender diverse workplace.
Engaging men in gender equality
