About the role

Be a part of a new and exciting team at Cenitex. We are building new Agile Application Development Service Lines for our customers and are looking for those who want to be part of the foundation team which has high demand and wide technology opportunities. This role is an initial 24 month contract with a strong likelihood of it becoming an ongoing engagement.

Day to day you'll be expected to:

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to capture requirements.
  • Document requirements and change requests using the proposal as the baseline.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams
  • Work closely with the development and QA team to ensure requirements are well understood
  • Problem solving and presenting feasible and viable solutions/options to impacted parties
  • Identify and assist with stakeholder management
  • Raise and assist in the mitigation of risks as they happen.

To be a success in this role you will have:

  • Strong experience in information and requirements gathering, business analysis in support of complex technology projects, and a solid understanding of the software development cycle.
  • Proven research and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to draw commercially sound recommendations and communicate them to squad members.
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Proven dedication to customer service with experience in leading and guiding other squad members to achieve objectives that improve customer experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in ICT, Engineering, Business or related field.
