About the role
As the Manager of Identity and Access Management (IDAM), you'll lead our highly skilled delivery teams, overseeing our large, complex identity infrastructure. Your work environment will be fast-paced, customer-centric, and critically important. In the role you will have the opportunity to:
- Demonstrate Expertise: Showcase your in-depth knowledge of IDAM platforms and solutions.
- Lead a Skilled Team: Motivate and guide a team of engineers to ensure they provide effective IDAM services.
- Contribute to Strategy: Play a key role in shaping our IDAM strategy, helping to drive innovation and improvement.
- Manage Service Standards: Ensure that service standards and controls are maintained at a high level.
- Oversee Critical Services: Take charge of the operation of critical services that have a significant impact on various functional areas.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
- Support Efficiency: Drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness year on year while maintaining a high level of service.
- Foster Excellence: Create a culture of excellence within the team, reflecting our vision, values, and commitments.
To be a success in this role you need to have:
