About the role

The Corporate Systems Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the optimisation, implementation, and management of Strategic Corporate Services (SCS) systems, Human Resources (HR) systems, and associated business intelligence tools. This role is dedicated to enhancing the integration, performance, and functionality of corporate systems, with a focus on data processes, system customisations, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Corporate Systems Lead ensures that organisational goals are effectively aligned with system capabilities, driving data-informed insights and efficiency improvements to support the overall success of the organisation

Key responsibilities and deliverables:

We are looking for a Corporate Systems Lead to take charge of HR systems management and business process improvement in a progressive organisational environment.

In this role, you will oversee the configuration, customisation, and maintenance of HR systems while driving enhancements to improve functionality, efficiency, and integration with core business processes. Leveraging your expertise in business intelligence, you will design and implement data models focused on employee-related insights, analysing trends and identifying opportunities to enhance financial and HR processes.

A key part of your contribution will involve identifying and implementing innovative automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual interventions, and improve overall efficiency across HR and corporate systems. You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders and technical teams to define system enhancements and ensure alignment with organisational goals, while also leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during system updates and new implementations. Additionally, you’ll develop and deliver training programs that empower users to fully leverage new tools and processes.

To be a success in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with enterprise systems, focusing on optimisation, integration, and reporting in complex organisations.
  • Strong ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights for system and process improvements.
  • Experience in system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or automation, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data outputs using business intelligence tools to enhance data quality and visibility
