This role is suited to an experienced campaign marketer with strong digital skills who wants to broaden their commercial understanding, stakeholder capability and experience within a complex, matrix organisation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business growth, lead generation and pipeline priorities.

• Manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning and activation through to performance measurement and optimisation.

• Execute digital marketing across web, social, email and marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot, LinkedIn and Google Ads.

• Create, publish and optimise engaging campaign content, including webpages, blogs, social content, email campaigns, client stories and thought leadership.

• Build targeted audiences, nurture journeys and campaign workflows to drive engagement and generate qualified leads.

• Use campaign and channel performance insights to identify opportunities, optimise activity and continuously improve results.

• Ensure all marketing activity reflects CGI’s brand, messaging and digital standards, including SEO, accessibility and campaign tracking.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and global marketing, content, creative and digital specialists to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, with hands-on experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns.

• Strong practical digital marketing experience across web, social and email or marketing automation.

• Experience supporting campaigns from planning, activation through to measurement and optimisation.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g.: HubSpot or equivalent platforms).

• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including audience segmentation, campaign journeys, SEO, tracking and digital accessibility.

• Experience coordinating marketing activity across multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills – managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.

• Commercial curiosity, an interest in understanding how marketing contributes to business growth.
