Our teams work alongside government and industry to solve complex problems across engineering, digital, cyber and program delivery. We combine global capability with local decision-making, giving our members the opportunity to build long-term careers while contributing to projects that make a genuine impact.
As CGI continues to invest in Australia, you'll have opportunities to work across a diverse range of programs, develop new technical capabilities and collaborate with experienced professionals across multiple disciplines.
We believe experienced professionals value transparency.
Rather than advertising individual vacancies as they arise, we're proactively building our permanent capability to support a strong pipeline of current and upcoming work.
This isn't about collecting CVs for the sake of it. It's about identifying talented people who are interested in joining CGI as our business continues to grow.
If your experience aligns with an immediate opportunity, we'll discuss that with you. If we believe you're a strong fit for upcoming work, we'll keep in contact and be open about expected timing.
What happens next?
Every application is reviewed by our internal recruitment team.
If your background aligns with our current or upcoming opportunities, we'll arrange a conversation to learn more about your experience, career aspirations and the type of work you're looking for.
If the timing isn't quite right, we'll let you know and keep your details on hand for future opportunities within our specialised practices.
