You will be a part of the CX Product Management team and accountable for building and then translating CX Advanced Solutions Offer Strategy into successful go live. In this role, you will need to be future-thinking and be able to evolve our offers into a SaaS and more digitized offer focused on customer outcomes.
As a CX Advanced Solutions Product Manager, you will be accountable for specific offers and the end to end lifecycle of the offers. This includes the strategy, design, viability validation and build of offers and features to meet the scope and needs of the CX Success Portfolio and ensure growth of the business.
This Product Manager role will be focused on the cross portfolio offers focused on Cloud and SaaS model to drive recurring revenue. The role will be responsible to lead and effectively manage the digital innovation and automation across advanced solutions portfolio. The person will understand the digitization needs across Cisco customer base and work on translating it into a digital interface.
What you will do:
Define the Offer Strategy, aligned to the overall roadmap of CX Portfolio focused on cloud-based offers
Lead digital innovation and SaaS strategy to include deliverables which provide recurring value to customers
Incorporate automation and digitization to achieve operational and cost efficiencies across deliverables
Lead all parts of CXDM process which is offer design, build and launch, including working with cross functional teams for successful release.
Successfully navigate and execute a release management process to make sure your features are being successfully implemented and can be sold and delivered.
Orchestrate the digitization strategy for the offers to match with Cisco customer needs and be effectively able to communicate value proposition
Closely collaborate with peers in teams, such as CXDM, wider CX Product Management, Engineering, Enablement, Marketing, BDM and Delivery Role Communities
Closely work with Transactability colleagues to ensure firm understanding of the offer requirements that needs to be met within the tools used for offer quoting and offer delivery
Monitor offer performance, recommend enhancements and adjustments to Offer Strategy based on analysis
Understand and evolve costing and pricing methodology for your offer
Develop an offer integration strategy that will simplify while improving the value of the offers
