Over the last 6 years I have jumped in and out of parental leave 4 times, and each time I have felt the support before, during and after my leave from my leaders, my peers and Cisco as a company. From the paid leave, to the exceptional health insurance, to the baby gift program, all are so valuable. But most helpful has been the understanding and support as I find my feet each time on my return to work.
