The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
We are seeking an Injury Management Advisor to join the Perdaman team, on a 19:9 rotation to site. You will be responsible for providing sound health and injury management advice to Managers, and to coordinate the rehabilitation of employees who sustain work-related and non-work-related injuries or illnesses, to meet compliance with legislative, governance requirements and organisational safety objectives.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate workplace injury management requirements for injured employees in line with Workers' Compensation legislative requirements and Webuild policies and procedures.
- Notify the insurer within legislated timeframes after becoming aware that a worker has suffered a workplace injury or illness.
- Lodge the workers’ compensation claim with the relevant insurer.
