Clough has been awarded the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) scope for the Waitsia Stage 2 development in the northern Perth Basin, near the town of Dongara approximately 350km north of Perth and 65km south of Geraldton in Western Australia. The Waitsia Stage 2 project includes a new 250 TJ/day gas processing plant with a 20-year life-cycle that will convey gas via the nearby Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline.
A rewarding opportunity exists for experienced Scaffolders to join the Waitsia Project. Working on a 20&8 roster (bus-in/bus-out from Perth, or DIDO from Dongara), the role will involve the following:
- Erect various systems of scaffolding within the limits of the scaffolder’s qualifications including but not limited to… Modular, Mobiles, Cantilever, Spur, Hung/Suspended
- Erect and dismantle humpy’s for the purpose of safety and water stations
- Install hand railing and edge protection
- Install access towers or similar for a variety of situations
- Dismantle scaffolding at the completion of a job
- Inspect and perform maintenance on scaffold structures and equipment
- Maintain a scaffold register
- Maintain a scaffold yard in a neat and serviceable condition
Qualifications:
- High Risk Work License – SI/SA
- Construction Card
- Working at Heights
- High Risk Work License – EWP (desired)
- Current Australian “C” Class Driver’s Licence (desired)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (desired)
