Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing reports and handling information requests
- Assist in managing data entry and record checking
- Assist with collecting and collating onboarding information.
- Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing and daily diary management.
- Purchase of PPE including co-ordination of delivery to sites
- Maintain systems and procedures
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees and public, both internal and external, ensuring positive interaction
