Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing reports and handling information requests
  • Assist in managing data entry and record checking
  • Assist with collecting and collating onboarding information.
  • Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing and daily diary management.
  • Purchase of PPE including co-ordination of delivery to sites
  • Maintain systems and procedures
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees and public, both internal and external, ensuring positive interaction
