Clough has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Internal Auditor or Internal Auditor Manager to join the Perth Governance team. The role will provide independent and objective assurance, designed to add value and improve the organisation's operations. The successful candidate’s internal audit responsibility will include all Clough and WeBuild operations across the Asia Pacific region.

Your focus will include:
Assisting the Clough Groups Head of Internal Audit to determine the Internal Audit Program for the Clough Group (A WeBuild company) in consultation with the Clough Executive team.
Delivery of the Internal Audit Plan to support the delivery of a $12b order book across the Asia Pacific region in line with relevant agreed timeframes.
Conducting audits in accordance with the defined audit methodology, legal, regulatory and requirements defined by the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana).
Presentations to management during and at the conclusion of the audit, discussing deficiencies, recommending corrective action.
Ensuring that all agreed upon action plans are subsequently implemented.
Assisting the Clough Groups Head of Internal Audit ensure the Audit Programmes continues to target key risk areas and ensure resources are appropriately guided and focused.
Raising awareness of audit objectives and requirements throughout the Clough Group subsidiaries.
Reporting on Internal Audit activities to the Clough Groups Head of Internal Audit, the Clough Executive Team and the Clough Board of Directors.
Developing and maintaining effective key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Managing audits through Clough’s established internal audit processes; and
Travel on an as-required basis (~30%).
What you will bring to the team:
Suitable tertiary and professional qualifications with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Experience in internal auditing, risk management, project controls, engineering or equivalent discipline.
Experience in the energy, resources and infrastructure and major capital project/construction auditing will be beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to manage staff and stakeholder expectations.
Ability to assist management by bringing a systematic, disciplined and structured approach in risk management, controls and governance process.
Strong relationship building skills to ensure deliverables are clearly articulated.
Effectively and efficiently handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
Highly collaborative, have outstanding communication skills and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
