We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a Supply Chain Officer, Supply Chain Manager and Buyer/Expeditors to join an iconic Project in Darwin.
This role will either be on a FIFO 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster or local hire Monday to Friday.

Who you are
What you will bring to the team as a Supply Chain Officer:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role working on construction otr EPC projects
Experience monitoring and reporting to management of SCM status, performance, and statistics
Expediting deliveries of assigned Purchase Orders and providing expediting status for all KissFlow requisitioned items
Experience SPMAT Expediting Status Report (ESR) to ensure all materials are released prior to shipment and site informed of forecast arrival date/time
Management, reconciliation and invoice resolution of Purchase Orders
What you will bring to the team as a Buyer/Expeditor:
5 + years of relevant experience in materials expediting/logistics/supply chain on construction or EPC is essential.
Experience purchasing stock and consumables from equipment manufacturers, local and international suppliers.
Ensure suppliers of equipment and services deliver to agreed timeframes
Assess suppliers to determine commercial viability to optimise value
Identify and resolve areas of schedule performance that could result in delay of supply and may require intervention to resolve
What you will bring to the team as a Supply Chain Manager:
10+ years experience in similar role in a construction or EPC project
Ability to establish Project Procurement set-up and create Supply Chain strategies in conjunction with the Project Management Team & SCM Functional Management.
Develop project specific SCM procedures and/or documents.
Oversees the preparation and updating of Bidders lists, issue of RFQ's, Commercial Bid Evaluations and RFA process.
Establishes the Material Control process and methodologies to control and report on equipment and materials requirements through to project completion.
Identify project budget for all equipment and materials in conjunction with Project Cost Controller and manage/report on procurement forecast spent Vs budget.
