Clough is currently searching for an additional Recruitment Advisor to join the Perth Recruitment Team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers to source, screen and engage a variety engineering and construction roles to support our current pipeline projects.

Your focus will include:
Sourcing, Screening and Selecting candidates in line with best practice recruitment methodology (Competency/Behavioural).
Providing strategic recruitment advice and sourcing strategies to key project and functional stakeholders.
Generating offer employment contracts, on-board candidates through project mobilisation procedures.
Maintain and utilise the talent management system.
Timely maintenance of the talent management system / database to allow for accurate reporting.
Ensuring all aspects of the recruitment process comply with relevant employment legislation.
Managing internal employee referrals program.
What you will bring to the team:
3+ years’ experience in white / blue collar recruitment, preferably within the construction and/or engineering (EPC/EPCM) sector.
Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence.
Experience with international candidates/locations and visa requirements.
Experience developing networks and talent pipelines.
Experience developing strategic recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
