We are now seeking a CCMS CO-ORDINATOR for the Waitsia Gas Project to be the key interface with Contractors & Engineering in data gathering activities for CCMS population and to compile and generate documentation for turnover/handover dossiers from CCMS.

THE PROJECT

The Waitsia Gas Project is ranked one of the largest gas fields ever discovered onshore in Australia and Stage 2 involves further development of the gas field with new wells and a new production facility. Clough is currently undertaking the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) scope of the development, near Dongara, Western Australia.

THE JOB FOCUS

• Provide/execute CCMS training to stakeholders for the commissioning scope (ie Contractors, Customers & internal team members compilation and generation of documentation for turnover/handover dossiers from CCMS

• Ensure change control of scope is recorded on CCMS

• Populate project systemisation structures, documentation (ITR & Certificates), engineering tags and handover milestones into the CCMS

• Generate planned commissioning activities for allocated scope

• Support and governance of contractor CCMS focal points in their use of the completions system

• Coordination of system completions and turnover activities including expedite ITR & Punch List close out, punch walkdown coordination, certificate Signoff

• Generate Notice of Energisations

• Current lookahead reporting of system and facility handover milestones

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Min. 3yrs in site coordination in construction Mining or O&G

• Min. 2yrs experience in CCMS systems (preferably Continuum Edge or Hexagons Smart Completions CCMS (digital form)

• Extensive software skills (MS Word, P/Point, Excel, Outlook)

• Technical project support experience

• Current C Class Drivers Licence
