Clough has an excellent opportunity for a Buyer to join the Supply Chain Team on a short term contract starting ASAP to assist with an exisiting project in Karratha. This project is in the final stages and will finish in March/April 2026. There could be opportunities to transfert to another projects in 2026. The role will be based in Perth and may require occassional travel to site.
DBHF is a wharf structure being built to support the export of urea in bulk quantities through the Port of Dampier. The project is the demolition and removal of decommissioned marine structures, the construction a new land backed wharf and land redevelopment.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Supply Chain Manager and coordinating with corporate procurement, to define the strategy for procuring Material & Permanent Systems goods for the project
Manage the sourcing process including, preparing proposals, contracts and negotiations
Manage compliance, analysing, comparing and assessing the offers and preparing summary tables of the final offers and recommendations;
Supporting Regional Supply Chain Managers to create procurement plans, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting activities to manage and mitigate critical issues detected while carrying out the procurement process.
Supporting the Commodity team in defining and implementing Commodity strategies
Requirements:
3/5 years' experience in the same role in multinational contexts;
Specialist Degree in Engineering/Economy/Business Management;
Market analysis and benchmarking skills;
Supply base selection, development and management;
Capable of carrying out prime cost driver value analyses;
Excellent mastery of MS Office; SAP MM; ORACLE
Available to travel and stay to/at worksites and joint ventures;
