Operating within a Joint Venture framework for e2x as our Project Administrator based onsite in Sydney, you will provide support to the site management team, whilst being the first point of contact on site to ensure the efficient operation of the project.

The Opportunity

Your focus will include:

  • First point of call for phone calls, general enquiries and assisting internal and external stakeholders
  • EA/PA support to the Project Director and other senior staff members while on-site. Including day-to-day administration duties, email management, correspondence and highlight actions for their attention
  • Assist with flight, accommodation and roster change requests for all staff members.
  • Work closely with Clough Contractors to maintain correct compliance for all contractor site mobilisation requirements
  • Ensure all staff members are compliant to attend site, including inductions and safety requirements.
  • Support the mobilisation team with overflow workload.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal staff, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting, including compiling monthly invoices, including prepare and complete requisitions and purchase orders, receipting and invoice reconciliation.
  • Correspondence for project team

What you will bring to the team:

  • 3+ years in a similar position within a project environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High level of communication
  • Strong computer skills, including excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
