Our eCommerce function is currently undergoing an exciting transformation journey and we are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our growing team!

What you'll be doing:
As a Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the commercial agenda of eCommerce to improve the customer offer of Home Delivery and Click&Collect. You will be partnering with Product Managers and squads in eCommerce to assess and improve commercial performance.
You'll also:
- Assist in the preparation of business cases
- Conduct post-implementation reviews on recent projects or initiatives and use data to help drive commercial outcomes and strategic decision making
- Provide recommendations for improvement for continued evolution of initiatives
- Actively participate in agile ways of working
Good things you'll need:
- Proven experience in a commercial role
- Ability to work through complex problems and clearly articulate commercial impacts
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externall
- Familiar with agile values, principles and methods
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Microstrategy)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in Supply Chain, Retail and/or eCommerce
- Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking
