About the team
As a Product Developer within the Grocery team, you will be responsible for a variety of categories across the Pantry portfolio. This position will see you working closely with the broader Own Brand and Commercial teams to deliver exciting new products and delight our customers.
About the role you and your skills
This position will see you working cross-functionally to develop and deliver world class innovation for Coles Brand products.
You'll also:
- Work with the supplier base, Own Brand COE and Consumer insights teams; to understand our customers needs and deliver products that meet brand values, aligning with the category strategy and Coles quality standards.
- Project manage 'right first time' end to end product and packaging delivery and ongoing quality standards.
- Navigate numerous stakeholders, internally and externally, calling on your strong influencing skills to deliver outcomes.
About you and your skills
You’ll need experience developing products and delivering innovation within food retail, or FMCG organisations.
You’ll also need:
- A developed knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in the market.
- Experience in innovation, product development and consumer insights.
- A strong commercial acumen.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
