About the role
Coles eCommerce continues to grow strongly and our strategy team is integral in creating and implementing digital and product strategy to drive value for our customers and the business. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce Strategy and Business Development, you will build and develop a strategy team to drive the success of our digital products and eCommerce operations.
In this role you will be working closely with senior stakeholders including Chief Executives and General Managers across technology, digital and merchandise. You will play a pivotal role in aligning the business, developing the strategic vision and driving the commercial success of our digital products.
What you'll be doing

Working with senior stakeholders across business units to create an aligned digital strategy and executing key strategic initiatives

Solving complex problems with product teams and creating tactical product strategy

Building and leading a high performing strategy team, providing coaching from graduates to our Strategy Business Partners
Good things you'll need
-
Proven experience in management consulting, investment banking, product strategy or retail strategy
-
Previous experience building and managing high performing teams
-
Significant experience in eCommerce or digital products
-
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capabilities
-
Ability to develop financial models and strategic frameworks

Experience owning large strategic projects and workstreams

Experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports

Experience presenting to senior business stakeholders

What you'll be doing
- Consolidate complex and volatile projects into clear and concise routines
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business to drive execution at speed
- mplement and manage change and communications across the eCommerce group around new ways of working, including Agile, to deliver measurable improvements
Good things you'll need
- Appropriate tertiary qualification
- 5+ years experience in Project Management
- Proven experience in Project / Transformation Management
- Previous experience in managing projects and people
- Experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports
- Experience presenting to senior business stakeholders
- Previous experiences working with cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Previous experiences of working in a high-performance team environment
