the engine room of the business, our central operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
Our services team which sits within Central Operations is looking for a Labour Standards Administrator to join the team.
About the role
Working closely with the Labour Standards Manager you will be responsible for designing and modelling our Labour Standards within our Coles Services team. You will also
- provide cross functional Labour Standards support to stakeholders across the Services Team
- update and maintain the profiling for our store network
- play a key role in design and modelling of new labour standards across our new and existing store network
- engage with the wider business to ensure Roster Reset activity
- support with administrator requirements across the team and manage the data integrity
About you and your skills
We are looking for a retail professional who has experience of workforce planning or analysis. You will also need:
- Commercial experience and understanding of retail operations
- Workforce Management experience in med to large organisations
- Understanding of labour standards methodology and process integrated with rostering software
- Experience in Kronos/Service Now/Standards Pro/Microsoft applications
- Demonstrated experience working in a workforce management team
