About the role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be empowered to manage our health brands to deliver the brand communications plans for Coles Own Brand and build on our growth.

You’ll also

  • Partner with our insights team and leverage customer data to inform strategy and NPD
  • Partner with creative agencies to develop brand concepts, guidelines, and campaigns
  • Support yearly brand planning and strategy development
  • Manage integrated campaign development with our media & central brand teams.

About you and your skills

With 1-2 years of Brand Manager experience, you come from a fast-paced retail or FMCG marketing background. Proactive and resilient, you’re an integrated marketer who loves variety, working on multiple projects and with many stakeholders.

 You’ll also have

  • Strong financial and budget management skills
  • Excellent project management, time planning, and organisational skills
  • An analytical and curious mind
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity.
