About the role
Our Coles Distribution Centres play an important role moving quality products through our supply chain, to provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers. You’ll combine your passion and local knowledge with your distribution experience to ensure the seamless operation of your team in a large distribution centre environment. You’ll have a focus on energising, empowering and supporting your team whilst delivering the operational output required, always keeping safety and compliance front of mind.
About you and your skills
Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (up to 120 people)
To manage the day-to-day running of the facility including compliance, safety protocols, customer experience, planning and organisation
Drive the performance of your team through the management of targets
To implement and adhere to Coles Logistics policies and procedures
To meet commercial budget and cost management principles Handling the receiving, pick packing and dispatching of goods
Effective communication with all levels of the business
To work at pace, lead change and promote a culture of continuous improvement
