Your Team
You will have accountability for driving maturity of ITIL Service Management process and practices and have Product Ownership accountability for ServiceNow, our SM toolset including driving prioritisation of ServiceNow enhancements. Your broader team collectively manage IT Service Management & Operations for CFS IT “Run”. Given our recent divestment and in-flight separation from CBA, the role also includes a significant “Change” element, especially the onboarding of applications to CFS Service Management.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the IT Service Management processes, driving prioritisation of toolset enhancement, platform and partner integration, working with our key technology partners on ITSM and ServiceNow.
- Measure and improve CFS technology team and partner process maturity and adherence, managing process communication and documentation.
- Ensure CFS’s use of ServiceNow toolset and integrated ITIL processes is in line with industry best practice and maximises tool functionality without unnecessary customisation.
- Act as the owner and primary contact point for IT Service Management process and ServiceNow within CFS.
- Act as primary contact point for ServiceNow vendor relationship and manage allocation and optimisation of ServiceNow software licencing across the organisation.
- Help promote a culture of continuous improvement through rigorous execution of the IT Service Management process across CFS.
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and delivery partners.
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven experience of IT Service Management experience plus experience in using ServiceNow toolset.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Superannuation, WRAP financial advice technology platforms at enterprise level.
- Experience with modern technologies including software-as-service, data analytics, cloud services and system integration.
- Understanding of enterprise CMDB implementation in ServiceNow with SaaS, Cloud & DevOps.
- Experience with process design and process maturity.
- Experience having worked in complex transformation programs, especially with outsourcing and integration of technology partners.
