Manager, Supplier Governance

Your Team
The Supplier Governance team is part of the Procurement and Supplier Governance team within the broader Finance and Fund Services (F&FS) division. The Manager Supplier Governance is accountable for onboarding and offboarding suppliers by providing the administration, maintenance and reporting of information relating to suppliers of CFS and the monitoring and oversight to the CFS Procurement and Outsourcing Policy and Standard to ensure critical suppliers are managed in accordance with regulatory obligations, internal risk management requirements, contractual obligations and with service performance that meets the operational needs of the business teams.
Your responsibilities
- Manage risk assessment processes, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for new and existing suppliers.
- Oversee governance meetings, monitor regulatory compliance, and ensure obligations are met through reporting and escalation.
- Develop quality reports, provide data-driven insights to senior management and boards, and support decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimise supplier governance, enhance service agreements, and drive continuous improvement in risk management.
- maintain guides for supplier risk assessments and stay updated on emerging financial and compliance trends.
Your capability and experience
- Proven experience managing end-end thirds-party or supplier lifecycle processes, including risk assessment and performance management.
- Strong risk mindset to identify, discuss, and act on current and future risks proactively.
- Extensive experience in complex corporate environments with exceptional stakeholder engagement and influence skills
- Expertise in managing CPS 230/SPS231 compliance and third-party outsourcing.
