Senior Product Designer

Your Team
Reporting directly to the UX Manager, this role will sit within the UX Design team and work alongside peers in Product Management, Technology, Design and Data to lead our Direct Customer Digital Channels. This role will support the entire CFS business and its customers and stakeholders to transform and grow the CFS business. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. Your expertise in UX and UI design will be crucial in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight our customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the UI design of all our digital touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across platforms.
- Maintain, evolve, and enhance our design system to adapt to new requirements and improve overall design efficiency.
- Design visually appealing components and interfaces that align with the brand identity and enhance user engagement.
- Analyse data and user feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
- Develop and maintain a solid information architecture that ensures logical and seamless user journeys.
- Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
Your Capability and Experience
- Mastery of UI design principles including colour theory, typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, accessibility, responsive design and imagery to create exceptional UI.
- A solid and demonstrable understanding of modern Figma tools and techniques.
- Experience creating animations, micro-animations, and dynamic visual effects enhancing the UI experience would be desirable.
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple digital solutions and experiences.
- An ability to be both strategic and executional focused, with a creative curiosity to challenge the status quo to deliver optimal experiences for our customers.
