The opportunity
As a Data Analyst you will assist in the successful transition of employers to the SuperChoice Clearing House solution. The role involves supporting data analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with teams to facilitate the smooth migration and integration of data into the SuperChoice platform.
This is 6 months contingent contract role working at CFS.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with analysing existing datasets to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and areas requiring cleansing.
- Support data preparation, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, for the SuperChoice system.
- Conduct data validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information migrated to the SuperChoice platform.
- Verify data mappings and transformations between legacy systems and SuperChoice.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track data migration progress and highlight potential risks or issues.
- Collaborate with the SuperChoice team to resolve technical and data-related queries.
- Assist in ensuring all data activities adhere to APRA, ASIC, and other relevant superannuation regulatory requirements.
- Support data governance initiatives, including managing data security and member privacy during the transition.
Your Capability and Experience
- 4 years of experience in a data analyst or data support role, preferably within the superannuation or financial services sector.
- Hands-on experience with data migration projects involving clearing house platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with SuperChoice or similar clearing house systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., APRA, ASIC) and industry data standards.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Excel, and data management tools.
- Knowledge of data migration, validation, and cleansing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
