The purpose of this role is to support the delivery and implementation of personal advice to client portfolio. We recognise that the advice requirements of our clients differ from the norm, and that higher incomes, higher debt levels, specialised professions and complex structures require a tailored approach.
A team-based Private Wealth Associate's remit includes providing client service and administrative support to a team of Private Wealth Managers. You will get the chance to become familiar with the Advisory client base, as well as with the process of advising and portfolio construction.
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting Private Wealth Managers to provide high quality client service - answering queries, providing information, attending meetings, taking detailed file notes
- Assisting to ensure client Personal Profiles are accurate, up to date and recorded in XPLAN
- Preparing Terms of Engagement, Wholesale Client Letters, Records of Advice and file notes for clients
- Annual Review management - ensuring client annual reviews are managed and up to date
- Data integrity - assisting with the establishment and maintenance of client documents in XPLAN, ensuring Mandatory Fields are up to date and all client interactions are recorded in XPLAN
You will want to apply if you have the following
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning, investment markets, managed funds and Australian listed securities
- Prior involvement in an advisory, advisory support or relationship management role
- Tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline
- RG 146 compliant or DFP or DFP (Advanced) or in progress of completing
