Enterprise Services (ES) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business.
You would be part of the Leadership Capability Coaching Centre of Excellence Team and have direct responsibility for executing against the Capability uplift strategy. In this capacity, you will coach Team Leaders and Managers in the core capabilities required to lead an effective and engaged hybrid workforce, supported by a robust operating rhythm.

Do work that matters:
This role will report to the Senior Capability Coach and will be responsible for the following:
- Coach Team Leader and Managers in the ideal Operating Rhythm including huddles, one-to-ones, active management, staff coaching and capability development.
- Manage the implementation of the Operational Leadership Capability Framework that defines and uplifts capabilities needed both now and in the future.
- Ensure the right qualitative and quantitative metrics are captured and effectively utilised to drive performance and data driven coaching interventions.
- Partner with Team Leaders and Managers to identify capacity optimisation opportunities and to bring them to life.
- Facilitate online Operational Leadership modules.
- Role model the Bank's purpose and values.
- Foster a culture that is customer focused, efficient and empowers our people to deliver on our business objectives within the risk appetite of the bank.
- Build cross-business relationships to facilitate and influence decision-making, manage risks and create advocacy for the function
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Demonstrated experience in coaching (ideally across a variety of leadership cohorts)
- Leadership and/or coaching experience in an operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate data and insights succinctly and in an engaging way
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple stakeholder relationships and influence decision making processes
- Demonstrate ability to assess, analyse and provide recommendations to drive operational leadership capability
- Successfully implemented behavioural change initiatives, for cultural and capability uplift and/or embedding of new ways of working
- Ability to operate at pace and thrive in a flexible working environment with self-direction and virtual teaming
- Coaching certifications / qualifications desirable
