The Business Unit
Enterprise Services (ES) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing, an essential component of great customer service.
The Team
The RaW ES Strategy & Operations (S&O) team drives the strategy, transformation, business operations and performance management for RaW ES. The Business Operations & Performance team within S&O drives business performance by optimising activities across the RaW platforms to ensure that the proper operational cadence, risk and controls, reporting and management processes, and people initiatives are in place to drive financial strength, an uplift in our risk posture, operational efficiency, and business growth for RaW ES
The Role
In this critical Executive role you will be expected to lead significant operational and transformational improvements across RaW ES.
You will help identify and drive a consistent and collective approach to achieve the RaW ES financial plan, extract value from strategic partnering and workforce management and reduce operational risk, whilst embedding our platform operating model and new ways of working. You will drive year on year productivity and a continuous improvement culture cross the RaW ES portfolio as we execute the strategy.
The Requirements:
In order to apply for this unique, challenging and highly rewarding opportunity with a high level of exposure to Senior Stakeholders, it is essential that you have worked in a similar capacity within a similar, high activity, busy and large scale operation recently.
We expect you will possess experience in technology, Retail and Wealth processes, business and operational strategy (including execution) with the ability to interpret complex subjects and recommend simple choices with consequences. Key to your success is your experience in managing senior stakeholders and your ability to display resilience and adaptability working in a fast paced environment that demands constant improvement and a dynamic response to change. A results driven individual, you will possess the ability to navigate through ambiguity and evolve the solution with flexibility and agility to meet business needs.
