We're on the lookout for Customer Service Representatives within our Direct Banking contact centre (who we call Customer Care Specialists), who genuinely care about having real, meaningful conversations with our customers; and who want to grow their career with us!
Our Customer Care Specialists are the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us on a broad range of everyday banking enquiries. You'll leave a lasting impression on your customers by providing friendly, personal and efficient service.
Hours and Training
We have multiple Part Time positions available operating on the below shift:
12:30pm -6:00pm Tuesday to Saturday
*Please note; the first 4 weeks of training will be 12:30pm - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, before reverting to the permanent shift.
We offer an interactive and supportive training program that'll ensure you make an immediate and lasting impression on our customers from day one. Training will be conducted virtually for 4 weeks, with further on-the-job training and support for an additional 9 weeks! We also offer an 18 month development program to upskill and develop your Customer Care capabilities.

These positions have been designed so you can successfully perform your role in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a designated private work area and a fast and stable connection to the internet. You will also need to live in an area with adequate mobile coverage or have a home phone line installed - leave the rest to us!
