The Role
An exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced, level 3 EUX / EUC Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work across multiple technology platforms and with various teams, using ITIL best practice framework and Essential 8 compliant design, to deliver high quality project solutions.
With a focus on the end user functionality, you will develop human centred configurations and end user computing upgrades.
What you can expect;
- Software development according to program specifications and as directed
- Configuration, maintenance and level 3 software troubleshooting
- Delivering software configuration changes on MS SCCM and Intune
- Monitoring new configurations via SCOM
- Troubleshooting of environment and deployment incidents
- Installing patches, device drivers, and third party software
- Monitoring system capacity and availability, providing insight on capacity/availability in planning initiatives
- Identifying and mitigating issues and risks that may impact integrated services
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and communicate change roadmaps, delivery expectations and performance
- Document the governance, compliance and operational health of services
Skills you will possess
- Experience in Desktop EUC environment
- Prior experience managing and deploying solutions
- Working knowledge of the Essential 8 and experience in securing by design (essential)
- A commitment to human centred/end user sensitive design (essential)
- Experience in using or a qualification in ITIL v3 or v4 (preferred)
- Experienced in scripting on PowerShell
- Experience with MS Intune, SCCM and SCOM
- Competence in governance and compliance documentation
