This opportunity is part of our Career Comeback program within our Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) team. A paid program for experienced professionals who've taken a career break of two years or more, and are looking to return to the workforce.

Run over 12 weeks, the program is designed to provide you with the re-entry support and training you need to thrive. Upon completion of the program, those who have demonstrated their abilities and motivation to succeed may be eligible for a permanent position.


Do work that matters:

You'll play a key role in project managing the successful delivery of complex products & services to new & existing clients, responsibilities include:

• Implementation of Transaction Banking Solutions for existing and new complex CommBank customers
  
• Project management provision for these implementation projects
  
• Stakeholder management - you'll be liaising with a number of teams both internal and external to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and transition to CommBank
  
• Providing training and support on complex, technical and implementation related issues to internal and external clients
  
• Providing a point of reference for Transaction Banking Specialist teams on issues relating to implementation procedures and resources
  

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

• Taken a career break of 2+ years and are interested in returning to work on a permanent basis
  
• Demonstrated project management, product implementation or product management experience ideally within the financial services industry
  
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Demonstrated experience working with technical solutions
  
• A willingness to learn and embrace change
  
• Permanent Australian working rights and are Sydney based
