The Customer Hub is the CBA group centre of excellence optimising the Group's investment in Customer experience technologies, including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft. We work in close partnership with our business product owners to deliver digital experiences and business value that improves the end-to-end customer journey.
As we embark on building our Salesforce capability, we will be growing our team of Functional Consultants, Software / Senior Software Engineers, Solution & Technical Designers and Engineering Delivery Leads.
These will be Hybrid roles and the team usually comes into the office one/two days per week, and we are open to people based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide.

Tech skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages and technologies. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
