The team:
The Cyber Services Technology group protects the bank and our customers from theft, loss and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.
The Cyber Security Technology team is responsible for ensuring we RUN and operate the technology that Cyber have invested in to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to identity and access management.
- Proactively monitor the platform's systems and related infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Respond to and troubleshoot incidents related to the platform and related systems.
- Mentor and train other IT professionals on the use and administration of the platform and related systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
- Oversee and review configurations that is being deployed into the platform leveraging Github with a focus on operational excellence.
Experience
- Hands on Experience with support and implementation of Cyber Ark or any other PAM Security tool
- Solid understanding of IAM principles and related protocols including but not limited to SSO, SAML, LDAP, OAuth and OIDC
- Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics & Splunk
- Knowledge on Certificate Upgrades
- Proficient at troubleshooting User access/server errors
- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Directories/Active Directory and the management of identities & entitlements
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support of production systems
Desirable:
- Understanding of financial services industry
- ITIL v4 certification (Foundation)
