We’re looking for a Process Excellence Specialist to join our Customer Care team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Continuous Improvement Manager
About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
The Process Excellence Specialist will support in the design, execution, communication and control of the processes within Customer Care to accomplish business objectives. This role will work collaboratively across all departments of Countdown and is critical in the development of the Customer Care process outcomes and assists in the design of training materials to embed Customer Care initiatives.
This is a permanent full time role.Hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week as required by the business.
About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will require:
- Minimum 3 years of Contact Centre experience - experience within Countdown Customer Care is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Relevant computer / analytic skills
- Understands/uses appropriate methods, tools and applications
- Interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Familiarity with Information Technology
