We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Finance Administrator to join our Service Delivery team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Senior Manager Platforms & Infrastructure.

You’ll take accountability for the end-to-end process and analysis of IT spending, focusing on supplier relationships and support as well as internal visibility, tracking and optimisation for the IT budget.

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

  • Leads and drives business improvement initiatives, reducing costs and optimising the operating model to maximise revenue and margins.

  • Systems administration for SAP application (Ariba accounting system).

  • Owns and drives the quality of key data sets in order to provide autonomous reporting and insights for key products and operational metrics.

  • Contribute to business case drafting and modelling, assisting customer proposals and RFPs and post implementation reviews.

  • Supports the creation and maintenance of IT vendor contracts and manages relationships with our high value IT vendors.

  • Ensures that vendors and contracts are onboarded with our technology and fully supported

  • Analyses and tracks IT spend and responds to our customer and supplier enquiries.

About You | Mōu

To succeed in this role you will be expected to have 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance administration.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary education in IT, Business or Finance.

  • 1 to 2 years of support or project coordination experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records as you will be processing invoices.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
