Organising the daily operation of the checkout department roster

Serving our customers in a warm and welcoming way

Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring we maintain their loyalty

Dealing with cash and payment transactions and errors
Have the run of the floor in this busy and customer focused environment. As a Checkout Supervisor we expect you to have

A customer and team first approach

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

A willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift

Previous experience in a retail environment
The shifts times and days for this opportunity are
Shift 1: Tuesday 1300-2030 and Saturday 1300-2215
Shift 2: Wednesday 1500-2215 and Saturday 0930-1530
Shift 3: Saturday 1400-2215 and Sunday 1000-1930
Shift 4: Friday 1530-2215 and Sunday 0800-1530
Shift 5: Friday 0930-1530 and Saturday 0830-1600
