The hours and days for this Assistant Longlife Manager position are
Tuesday to Saturday 2130-0700
At Countdown no two days are the same but in this role assisting the Department Manager, you could expect to be
●Training and developing team members in your Department
●Sales planning, rostering, ordering of stock and maintaining merchandise standards
●Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors
●Implementing promotion planning with great detail and in a timely manner
In our next Assistant Longlife Manager we are looking for
●Previous people leadership experience in a retail environment
●A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
●Previous experience with ordering, stocktake and rostering systems
●The ability to obtain a forklift licence
