About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

Motivate, manage and lead our team

Train and develop team members and supervisors in your department

Sales planning, rostering, ordering of stock, maintaining merchandise standards and implement promotional planning

Champion safety practices

Ensure a proactive approach to all compliance requirements, keeping these records up to date and adhered to

Ensure the store is always at peak capacity for daily trading for our customers
In our next Long Life Manager we are looking for
-
Demonstrated knowledge and success in managing a retail environment
-
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
-
Previous experience with ordering, stocktake, rostering and budgets

Previous people leadership experience in a retail environment
-
The ability to obtain a first aid, general managers and food safety certificate as well as a forklift licence
The hours and days for this Long Life Manager position are :
Tuesday to Saturday 0900-1830
