We’re looking for a creative Content Specialist with a passion for content production and a hunger for learning to join our Content & SEO team. Our Content Specialists are embedded in product teams, where they plan and create digital content experiences across web, app, email and social. The types of content you might be working on include campaigns, events and experience-driven content to support the customer journey.
You’ll be joining a fun and supportive team that celebrates unique perspectives, successes as well as failures (or “fail yays” as we like to call them), and learning and development. We also like to have a laugh, share food inspo, and connect together online and in person.
About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
The Content Specialist (Production) will:

Build and develop end to end food-based content in collaboration with internal and external production partners.

Be a guardian and contributor of the organic social calendar and make sure all content streams are cohesive

Optimise content for discoverability and SEO across our customer shopping journey

Create and execute content using a range of tools including CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google keyword planner and Emplifi

Support and contribute to the overall digital content strategy, vision and objectives.
About You | Mōu
You’ll love this role if you:

Can demonstrate experience and passion for creating customer-focused content including the end to end production process for stills and video content, as well as strong copywriting skills

Have strong communication skills and are confident dealing with stakeholders and agency partners

Are performance-driven and can use data to inform and measure content, and show eagerness to learn and continuously improve

Are a social native that loves food!

Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
