We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our Countdown Ferrymead team

About You | Mōu

In this role we are looking for our next leader to have

  • A real passion for excellent customer experience and a team first approach

  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills in creating team rosters

  • Proven leadership abilities and success training and developing your team

  • First aid, general managers, food safety certificate and LQC - preferred but not required

Have the full run of the floor in this busy, customer focused environment. As a Customer Service Manager you could expect to be

  • Overseeing the checkout and office departments ensuring everything runs smoothly

  • Completing general administration for the store including maintenance of compliance records

  • Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills

  • Championing health and safety practices

The hours and days for this Customer Service Manager position are

Sunday to Thursday 45 hours, Hours to be discussed
