We’re looking for an experienced Content Manager with a passion for digital and delivering best in class content experiences to join our Content & SEO team. You will lead a Centre of Enablement (CoE) with a shared mission to deliver connected content experiences across our digital owned channels. You’ll be responsible for enhancing our weekly offers and customer communications, managing workload across the team, optimising content processes & ways of working and providing learning opportunities to grow our junior content team. Our Content Managers are senior leaders in the Content Chapter, reporting into a Content Chapter Lead.
You’ll be joining a fun and supportive team that celebrates unique perspectives, successes as well as failures (or “fail yays” as we like to call them), and learning and development. We also like to have a laugh, share food inspo, and connect together online and in person.
About the role | Mō te Tūranga
You’ll be responsible for:

Planning for upcoming content and campaign activity, then prioritising and allocating it to the team

Using content best practice and data to inform planning and execution of campaigns, journeys and personalised content experiences

Identifying pain points and championing process improvements to improve efficiency and streamline content delivery

Building a healthy team culture where everyone is enabled and empowered to do their best work

Reporting on content effectiveness, translating research, data and insights into recommendations to improve the customer experience
